Back Snap Pant Sets for Women

This pant set is made of poly/cotton interlock knit. The top opens in the back, comes in assorted designer prints and florals and has a patch pocket. The pants come in coordinating solids and have zippers on each side for ease in dressing. Available in long or short sleeves. Made in U.S.A. Please also see Back Snap Fleece Sets with Print Top and Back Snap Fleece Sets with Novelty Top . Adaptive clothing makes dressing easier and less painful for those in a wheelchair or anyone who has a limited range of movement. The role of the caretaker is also made easier with the use of adaptive apparel. Because our suppliers frequently change the prints they offer, these pant sets were chosen to show a typical variety - not a specific available print. If you have color preferences (or dislikes), please indicate them in the “Comments or Preferences” box below.

Ways on how to save/earn money so that I can afford to buy designer clothes?

April 29, 2009 - 10:15 pm 5 Comments

I’m 15 and want to start buying designer clothes brands such as Jack Wills, problem is, my parents think designer clothes are a waste of money so won’t give me any extra money. Any ideas please on how to earn some extra money, tried getting a job but couldn’t find one anywhere and don’t have much time as I’m still at school. Am not keen on saving up!
:)
Your parents won’t give you extra money, but would they be willing to let you earn it from them? If they both work, would they pay you to cook dinner? Does the garage need cleaning, the dog need bathing, anything they don’t expect you to do that you could do?

Try going to the principal’s office and asking if the school has any paying jobs for students. They may have a few, or they may refer you to the school’s vocational office, and they may know of teen jobs in the community.

Also, don’t give up job hunting, as that will earn you money faster than a babysitting job here and window cleaning there. Try these places:
fast food restaurants
groceries
mall stores
gas stations
public library
dry cleaners
nursing home, retirement home
movie theaters
community center/YMCA
churches

You probably have to be 18 (I don’t know, so check it) to sell on eBay, but you could try selling your old, outgrown clothes and toys. You can sell each thing individually or in groups known as lots. Take the pictures, write it up and even if you can’t, maybe your mom will post it for you.

Would getting a degree be useless for celebrities that are fashion designers or having their clothing line?

April 29, 2009 - 10:15 pm 10 Comments

It seems like many celebrities these days are becoming fashion designers or having their own clothing line. Do you think that getting a degree would be useless to them (since they're already famous) or do you think it would further their fashion career even more?

So do you guys think getting a degree would be useless for them (because they don't need it) or would it further their sales of fashion and accessories?

The Olsen twins and Kimora Lee Simmons are the only ones I can think of that are successful fashion designers without a degree.

It would be useless for them. Its not like they make their own things. or draw them either. They tell their ideas to someone who translates them into an image and then they are sent off to other people. They dont know the hard work that goes into any of it.

They just know the glamour.
